Important updates for our customers

April 1, 2020

Coles, along with other major supermarkets, are working together to provide for all Australians.

Through these challenging times, the aim of every Australian supermarket is to provide you and your family with the food and essentials you need.

To assist the elderly and disadvantaged, Coles supermarkets have launched a dedicated "Community Hour" in all supermarkets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7am to 8am.

Carers, friends and neighbours can now shop on behalf of vulnerable customers during the Coles Community Hour every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Carers, friends and neighbours simply need to present the customer’s government-issued Pensioner Concession Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Companion Card, Seniors Card, Disability Card or Health Care Card when entering the store.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Coles have launched a dedicated hour for emergency services and healthcare workers, between 7am to 8am.

Coles suppliers and teams are doing everything possible to get as many products onto all shelves as they can, often under very difficult circumstances.

Carers, family and neighbours simply need to show the Click&Collect order confirmation when collecting the shopping from the in-store Click&Collect concierge service.

Supermarkets will be closing no later than 10pm to give team members the time and space to ensure stores are clean and shelves are replenished.
